Rethinking the European Union: Governance, Security, Internal Market and Citizenship (Conference and Webinar)

The general purpose  is to address, analyse and understand, from the point of view of the Association’s fields of study – Public International Law, Private International Law, and International Relations– the crisis that the EU is currently facing, in order to provide useful solutions to overcome it. In order to achieve that purpose, contributions will be submitted related to the general theme of the Conference and, specifically, to some of the panels included in its scientific programme. In relation to the EU’s Internal Agenda: Refugees and migrants, between EU law and national law; EU governance and new prospects for reform; Internal conflicts and Private International Law. Concerning the EU’s International Agenda: Management of the movements of refugees and migrants, and the European Union; Trade agreements and Private International Law, and new developments in Diplomacy, Foreign Policy, Security and Defence.
